This article only pertained to prospects in Jrs so it didn't include guys already in the minors (Eller, Junland, Sonne, etc.) guys that played last year in college (Cole) or guys in Europe (Rundblad, K. Berglund, Hjalmarsson, Lehtera, etc.) You're right though is that the Blues don't have as many top end prospects as they used to but that's to be expected as the top guys graduate from prospect status and become NHLers. The Blues aren't going to be able to keep the quantity of that much quality for that long...not unless they keep getting 2 or 3 1st rd picks each year like they did in 2006 & 2007. In recent years the Blues have developed Backes, EJ, Polak, Perron, Oshie & Berglund from prospects to players.
