I am most definitely going to get an exercise bike and will bike a bit on gameday.
Right now though it is the mountain bike until I get an exercise bike, good thing Maine is full of land that is not very flat.
I bought myself an excercise bike in January. I've been on it for 1-3 times a week, 30 minute sessions. Yesterday i put my inline skates on for the first time since last fall. Skating up the same hill usually felt like a bit of work, now i was just able to kinda "sprint" it up without feeling any exhaustion or acid in my legs.
Haven't tried to ride it the day when going on the ice. Might aswell do it during the next season. I've heard it helps alot. Lots of NHL players ride the bike also, or am i wrong here?
