5/18 Discussion - Should the NHL change their lottery?

There's really no Wild news to discuss and I'm holding off on a few topics until the draft nears. So in lieu of the Timberwolves finding a way to fall to the fifth pick in tonight's draft lottery (because it's not as if that franchise ever had any luck), let's just go with something simple.

With all the talk of tanking that goes on, should the NHL have a larger lottery? Right now only the top five teams have an opportunity to get the number one pick and the 30th place team has a 50% chance of retaining the number one pick. If you do believe the lottery should be larger, how should they do it (have all teams eligible for the #1 pick, multiple positions are decided, better odds, etc.)?
