Would a Canadian Jr A (not Major Jr) player with NCAA aspirations be held to the same standard?
If he was enrolled in a Canadian Uni, would he still have to sit out a year as well as per the NCAA/CIS transfer agreement even if the school had no hockey programme?
To be clear.............
Only verbal comittments to NCAA can be given before the players graduating year of HS, and even if a NLOI is signed in that year the player basically has to stop his education untill he joins that school?
