AHL transaction tracker added to their web site

The Clear Day Rosters for the AHL will be set at 3:00 ET on March 17th. The AHL claims that only players that appear on a teams Clear Day Roster are eligible to play for that club for the remainder of the season and in the playoffs, unless emergency conditions arise as a result of recall (not likely this season), injury or suspension. Additionally, College and Junior players may be added at the conclusion of their seasons and playoffs...

Honestly, the Clear Day Rosters aren't worth the paper they're printed on...For example, if there is any chance Barney could be ready if the Monarchs go deep into the playoffs, they will put him on the Roster and leave, say, Giuliano off. Giuliano plays as if he were on the roster...
