The BIGGEST key to flexing the stick is balance and technique, not raw strength. Remember that the stick is merely a lever, an extension through which to transfer energy, and you must try to flex it at just the right time on a wrist or snap shot. Obviously, if you're 6'3, 150, you probably should be looking into a flex closer to 80 than 102.
