This is precisely the challenge Jacques Lemaire was faced with and it is a key reason why the Devils may hesitate giving Ilya ill money.
I can't remember which player said it or when, but I heard the same thing about Kopitar once. I don't see it as a bad thing if you have a good supporting cast.
