Who needs top of the line equipment if they are just starting? I mean really a wooden stick is gonna work just the same as a composite to someone just learning. Even cheaper composites work for them.... There are so many people, and I am guilty as well , who think it only works if its the biggest and best. Its not true, you can buy a rbk 6k helmet for 40 bucks instead of buying the 10k for 130.
Used equipment from craigslist and ebay can also be used. If they like the game, they can upgrade as they want!
