This is my workout schedule at the gym. U could do all of these exercises with dumbells so you dont have to go to the gym. Dumbells are great and totally worth the investment

legpress
powerclean
squat
leg curl
upright row
bench press
lying laterals
bent laterals
side laterals
hyper extention
situps
calf raises
