Even before the accident I would say Dan Snyder. At 5'10" 180 he plays with a reckless abandon that you rarely see out of the 6'6" behemoths. He is one of the few people who has fought both Lindros and Lecavalier. He lost both, but he was giving away tons of height and weight to both. In fact Lindros gave him a concussion.
Tom Poti has no business even playing hockey. He is hyper-allergic to almost everything, which is one reason why he plays hockey. It is just ice and boards. He is so allergic to peanuts, that he was once sent to the hospital in college because his teammates had eaten peanut butter and he just touched a doorknob that one of them had touched.
He may not be courageous on the ice sometimes, but just being a pro athlete is an accomplishment for someone with such a background. He has a hard enough time just living his life away from hockey.
