You'd get the full 10% overage on $59.4M allowing you to spend up to $65.35M this summer.
If you buy out these players though, you have to get down to $57.7M when the season starts to cover their cap hits.
65.35-57.7=$7.35M
In other words, you'd have demote Redden and someone making at least $850K to get under the cap.
