Yeah when your a plenty overweight and go on a hard workout it's actually pretty easy to burn off those first pounds (eating habits included) the hard ones to lose are the last ones on your goal..
I think that's called hitting a plateau. Your body also gets used to doing the same exercise so you have to find some creative ways to change your exercise habits. It's great to change your exercise plan every once and while to keep seeing results.
