I think that's called hitting a plateau. Your body also gets used to doing the same exercise so you have to find some creative ways to change your exercise habits.
It's great to change your exercise plan every once and while to keep seeing results
Very good point, plus it keeps your workout routine from becoming boring. Once you become bored, it's quite easy to lose motivation.
Unfortunately Therrien doesn't always think logically..he's more of a "coach from your gut" type...kinda like the George Bush of NHL coaches. - Grant McCagg
