I bought those and they didn't work. I get lacebite on my right ankle in the front. I get it to go away by resting more, hot/cold treatment or by putting corn or callous cushions on the area and playing like that. A little more padding can go a long way, also maybe not cranking on the laces as much and letting your ankles do more of the work.
