Unless you have a lot of experience drilling, I wouldn't risk it.

And good luck finding a titanium drill bit, and spending the money for it.

If you mis-drill the rivet, you could end up enlargening the hole which could case you more problems than you could imagine.

It is copper, so it should be a pretty soft drill. I would just use extra caution and practice before you drill it.

Or just play it on the safe-side and take to to someone who can do it right.
