Quincy signed a 2 year deal worth $6.25 million. Quincy is 3 years away from being a group III.

Girardi is 26 years old. Sign him to a 4 year deal worth between $3-$3.5 million. $3.25 million. The Rangers aren't going to find a cheaper D in free agency. It's not like the players signed last Thursday are worth 5-6 years at over $4-$5 million per.
I agree, give Danny G a 4 year deal between 12-14 million dollars. Would have him locked up for 3 years of Free Agency.
Then offer Staal a 6 year deal in the 24-27 million dollars. Although this would cost us $$ now, down the line near the end of the deal when Staal is UFA available, he would be locked up for his first two years of UFA
If we have to waive Redden without even giving him a chance in training camp, so be it. Redden is done anyway, he doesnt have it in him to play at the level of a 6.5 million dollard dman.
