10-11-$3 million
11-12-$3.5 million

The first two years can be considered Gleason's arbitration years. He would have been a group III this summer thus is making $3 million and $3.5 million over the next two years.

Oduya gave up group III last summer to re-up in Jersey for 3 years/$10.5 million

So give Girardi $2.5 million for his arbitration year and an average of $3.5 million in his next 3 group III years.

That's 4 years/$13 million
I don't think Girardi is worth $3.5M That's $500k more than Morris, Leopold, Lydman, and Clark got on an open UFA market (who I feel are all comparable players). I think the Gleason 4 year/$11 million would be fair.
