I have seen those, but I decided to go the cheaper route instead. Had an old pair of shoes, just cut the tongues out and replaced them.
Haven't full skated in them yet, but I could tell after my modification it already felt better:
Side note, only my left foot was bothering me, but I try to keep my skates as even-feeling as possible, so, I put the other tongue on the other skate.
The good thing about this was, the shoe-tongues that I modified already had the lace-keepers sewn into the tongue, which I think is important to look for when doing this. Otherwise, I don't think it would work.
