Still, how can you seriously say he is "no doubt" a top 6 forward in the NHL? Just because a guy has talent and can score in the AHL doesn't mean he can make the jump to the NHL. In fact, all you have to do is look at the last several years of top scorers in the AHL and you'll see that almost NONE of them are even ARGUABLY top 6ers in the NHL, much less "no doubt" top 6ers. I'm not so sure ANYONE outside the top 5 picks is no doubt a top 6er in the NHL...and Cammy didn't exactly prove last year that he has what it takes to make it in the NHL.
so your going by last year that he "didnt prove" himself? man thats kind of harsh. I have seen him play enough this season and I think I have been watching this game long enough to know hes a top 6 forward in the NHL. people doubted a guy like Martin St. Louis for years and he isnt exactly a poward forward. Im not saying that Cammy can lead the league in scoring or be a 40 goal scorer. Im just saying I believe he can, no I KNOW he can play at the next level as a top 6 forward. So yeah I am sticking by my words. there is NO DOUBT he is a top 6 forward in the NHL. Cammy has 41 goals and 55 assists this season playing with differant linemates all the time because of the injuries the Monarchs have had. If Lehoux doesnt go down, he has well over 100 points right now.
