I have a question; what exactly happens when a team is over the salary cap? Does the team then have to bury salary in the minors until you're under the cap?
Let's say the season started tomorrow, and the roster still stayed the same as it is today. Would we have to do with Simon Gange what we basically did with Briere last year - i.e. - play him in the minors for a bit until the situation gets sorted out?
