It happened once last year. It didn't happen in 08-09, and the goals leader in 07-08 was Ottawa with 258.

A few teams also did it just after the lockout but that year is a fluke. Scoring has gone down since then. Even the following year from the lockout Buffalo, with a stacked offensive team, managed 298.

Washington plays an extremely offensive system with a few extraordinarily gifted players who have free reign to take chances. The Flyers are going to be in the 250ish range, top 8 or so in the league.
agree 100%! Philly will be top 5-10 in scoring. With our goalie, defense will be priority 1. I don't expect many blowouts for us. 3-2 would be a typical flyer win next year...
