I get what your saying but to be honest, I had not heard of Dupuis before last season...He had a good year but I think all owners should be like this, especially with young players...That 20 goal season does not make a career...Let's see him do it again...I mean, how do we know it's not a fluke...Alexandre Daigle scored 20 goals in his first season in Ottawa...

If salaries are going to increase, let it be gradually....The more they give Dupuis now, the more the qualifying offer will have to be when this contract is up...

Players have been overpaid for too long...
