Yeah I like water. I usually drink 4-5 bottles of water per day, so I'm fine with that. Just stuff I was reading online said that it helps balance metabolism which can help with the 6 meals thing, and has various enzymes that inhibit changing carbs to fat. Just curious if anyone tried it. I figured you'd respond, you usually do. Thanks for the help. If you know or hear of anything else, let me know.
