I do

m - bi, tri, shoulders, chest, upper back (pullups)

t - treadmill 30 secs slow/30 secs intense for 15 minutes; 5 min break; bike 30 secs slow/30 secs intense for 10 minutes; 5 min break; heavy bag 30 secs rest/30 secs intense for 10 minutes

w - same as Tuesday

r - hockey game

f - Insanity DVD

sa - Quads, ham, calves, deadlifts, forearms

su - core circuit for 15 min; "hockey" circuit for 10 min* ;hockey game


*this is just dumb stuff I made up like simulating the stickhandling motion but with a barbell
