The Habs are one of only 5 teams to have made the playoffs 5 times or more in the last 6 seasons.

One of the ten teams to have won 4 playoffs rounds or more in the last 6 years.

Jaybee is quick to use last's year standings to say the Habs are average, yet simply does not mention the Habs finished 4th overall because of their playoff run, hence the very low pick they got in the first round and had to trade-up to get Tinordi.

Also, speaking of averages... Habs injury woes weren't average, they exceeded league average, and when calculating the players injured, and compared to other teams, Habs were amongst the most affected when it came to the best players on each team, so really, a few points in the standings between most of the teams is not really a sign of who's better or worse.

Jaybee's argument is deceptive and simplistic and disregards the complexity of putting a stamp on what the Habs "are".
