That's the problem with overpaying or making big mistakes on who you go after. Multiple bad decisions put you in a big hole and it's not always possible to trade them away and they can have a big effect throughout the lineup.

I agree.
Getting back on point with Sanguinetti, I think it's more a testament to the Rangers prospect pool than anything else. Especially on defense, this team has produce some quality prospects/players. It's a tough group to crack.
