As for O'Donnell, the guy played nearly 19 minutes a game in Los Angeles and was a plus 14 for being a 38 year old. He wants one more shot at the Cup and he's a friend of Pronger's. You can bet that he'll be very vocal with the younger players on the D and help them immensely.

As for Walker, he's either AHL fodder or is a number 7 guy. It's too bad that people will peg him as the guy who Simon Gagne was traded for because that certainly wasn't his fault. Gagne was traded to clear up cap space and make room for JVR on the top line.

Either way, a top six of Pronger, Timonen, Coburn, Carle, Meszaros, O'Donnell is certainly one of, if not, the best top six in the league. I can certainly live with that.
