Straka is not, his write-up mentioned Martin as being not related if I recall my draft stuff correctly. I've never seen any mention if Jiri and Filip Novotny are related, but I've never looked either.
I know Vlad Ruzicka is coaching the team, so it may be one of his boys. *shrug*
