These % have something to do with having a playmaker or not.

These guys shoot the puck a lot. When you are not the highest skilled passer, how do you create scoring chances?

You get a guy in front, throw the puck at the net and look for tips and rebounds. That's how it works for some lines, and quite often those kind of lines are very effective.
