Workout Regiment

Alright so I'm a 19 year old looking for a good workout program to get into for ice hockey training. I'm looking for a program that works on explosiveness, core body strength, lower body speed and power, upper body strength and power, plyomoetrics, agility and speed, and increase in energy. The longer the program the better. I am currently thinking about doing Hockey Speed and Power by Kevin Miehm, but I'm unsure how the program is and if there are better ones out there. Any help is appreciated.
