I'm all for signing Semenov to a real cheap contract as our 7th d-man and then waiving Eminger or something.

One thing I noticed though is that when Drury comes back it really makes things difficult. Where does Vinny go? Where does Avery go? etc.
Gotta count Drury's cap hit even though he's hurt. He won't qualify for LTIR and even if he does that stuff doesn't factor in until the end of the season and we go over the cap. Probably looking at $1.5m in cap space. I'm just assuming you didn't count him because he's no where in the roster.
