for me the answer is pretty easy... i don't consider either to be solid NHL hockey players. though i feel that all things considered, Oscar has a bit more top end to his game and his almost exclusively limited by his overall size (tho there are a few other mitigating factors in terms of his fit in Los Angleles).

you can look at Moller and see a little Daniel Briere there. especially if you remember how Briere began his career. whereas you can look at Scott Parse, and you see... well you see Scott Parse... and all the other Scott Parses that came before him.
