Ok, now I know why you want to skate with minmal gear! So, you landed a General Manager's job while going to school hum? Please don't take this the wrong way, but you are probably aware that there is more to this job then just watching games and driving a zamboni...right? Sure, your a smart guy, you got yourself a GM job so that means your pretty smart to get you a job in something you love doing and get paid for it...right? I am here to tell you that most people would love to get paid to do what they love.

One of the main concerns you might have is making sure that you bring in new business. People just don't come to the rink just because there is ice in their town...30 years of experience talking. The only reason why I am say this is...what are you going to do when you get out of college? If you do this GM job right, you will have the opportunity to do that GM job anywhere in the world.

So, on that note, if you need help, write me.
