It's not even that the players are young, but more that we finally have some young players that are very good. MDZ and Stepan are barely 20 and have shown game breaking ability. Staal is simply solid and improving. The other guys like McDonagh, Anisimov and Gilroy don't have as much potential, but they will probably be capable NHL'ers
