The loss of EVERY single life is dramatic and hard to accept. But from hockey perspective, you are right: Philadelphia Flyers is probably the team who suffered the most from the departure of a player in these circumtances. In 1985, Propp, Kerr, Howe, Tocchet, the Sutters were still there. Who knows what would have done the Flyers then?
