The kenpo to me is an "off day". Legs and back only has the one "kick" exercise and its the 3-way squat at the mid-pt. Nearly every single one of the squat exercises you can add wieght. 10# makes a difference when you're doing one leg squats.

edit: also this exercise program isn't a huge mass building plan. so if you want thick legs then its not for you. But explosive movements for sports is what is the focus. Nearly every exercise in this program I used to do with my trainer in LA during leg days and also given similar exercises by the Kings trainer during fantasy camp.
