Tournament play

I've played beer league hockey for a few years now, but I've got my first tournament this weekend. It's 4 guaranteed games in two days (10/12:30 Saturday, 11:30/2 Sunday) with a possible 5th game Sunday if we're one of the top two after round robin.

I'm worried about staying hydrated and avoiding cramping up, especially since my body isn't used to this much hockey in a short period of time. I figure hydrating during the games is key, but are there any other tips I should consider? Would this be one of the few times electrolyte drinks like Gatorade would be helpful to a beer leaguer like me? How much should I do between games as far as stretching?

I figure I'm going to hurt regardless of how much I try to take care of myself, but since I have to work on Monday, I'd like to hurt as little as possible.
