I like Carcillo more in that spot because then that entire line has the take the body first mentality that could potentially be tough to play against.
I agree on both counts, both Richards and Carcillo play better when they do not think about offense. If Carcillo is expected to just skate around the not handle the puck he is fine and then every once and awhile he surprises you with one of those highlite reel goals.
