The terms used earlier by Holmgren were "day-to-day" and "possible" for tomorrow.

Most likely, he'll be reevaluated again tomorrow.

Both Andrej Meszaros and Andreas Nodl suffered injuries in the Flyers' 6-1 win over the New York Islanders on Saturday but might be ready for tonight's home game against the Carolina Hurricanes.

General manager Paul Holmgren indicated neither injury was considered serious.

"Nodl and Meszaros are both listed as day to day with upper body injuries," Holmgren said on Sunday. "Both players are possible for (tonight)."

However, the Flyers called up defenseman Oskars Bartulis from the Adirondack Phantoms on Sunday night in case Meszaros is not able to play.

Meszaros was injured on a hit by the Isles' Trent Hunter at 7:45 of the second period and remained on the ice for several moments before skating slowly to the bench. He did not return to action.
