Their website is ****ed up. I ordered a phone maybe a month or two ago on Rogers.com and I received the phone like 3-4 weeks later. I just refused the package from the UPS guy and I bought the same damn phone elsewhere (FS). I got my money back.
Overall I may have spent 2 hours on customer service because they couldn't even find my order. Ridiculous...
