If you pull this through, you'll be in the best shape of your life. The program has a ton of exercise that will help your explosion, your flexibility, your balance and strenghten your core. You'll see a huge change in your speed and other parts of your game.

However, this is a serious program that request a huge dedication. I never got through it, but after 2 weeks I had already lost 7 pounds and saw a huge change from two weeks earlier.
