I think I know what you're talking about. I saw a top-10 list from that stat posted last year. It was based on the player's GA/min at both even strength and on the PK, and had quality of competition factored in. The list had Lidstrom, Keith, Pronger, and Mitchell on it, from what I recall, so the stat has a lot of merit.
