He would be a complete waste of a roster spot on this team...
As much as I want Pacioretty to develop the entire season in Hamilton we are going to have to entertain the idea of calling him up soon if that 2nd line doesn't start producing. We need a big body that can skate, play physical and bury some opportunities (and as unproven as Pacioretty still is, he's an upgrade over Moen or Lapierre in this category).
That or Gauthier needs to stop dicking around and go and get a guy like Clowe, Malone or Penner. Even Clarkson despite a rough start to the season would be an upgrade over what we have currently.
