Ok so my girlfriend wants a letang jersey for christmas...like how every girl wants kris letang.
but anyway i went online and custom ordered one for her, then i realize that there are new "womens" jerseys. So i cancelled the first order and re-ordered a womens one.
i was charged for both jerseys, but the confirmation of the cancellation of the first one was sent to me. The website says you aren't charged until the item is shipped, but the money for both is already out of my account. so how long does it usually take to get refunded? or is something wrong and i need to get ahold of nhl.com?
anyone have experience with this or similar situations with shop.nhl.com?
