Did they give you 10% or 1% ????

I am in the shopping cart and applied the code and it says 10% savings: $1.64 on a $165.42 bill (almost 1% off). What's up with that???

Edit: For whatever reason, the discount was corrected 10% @ $16.54. Got my sticks a comin.
