Larsson has not been struggling this year. By looking only at his offensive stats, than yes, his numbers are down. However, that can be attributed to David Rundblad's offensive breakout season which has limited Larsson's overall ice time. This doesnt mean Larsson has regressed, it simply shows the huge improvements of Rundblad.

Although +/- is not the most accurate indicator of defensive abilities, it does give some indication of how well a player is doing.
