Redden is pretty much unquestionably the #1 d-man in Ottawa. I would argue that Alfredsson serves as the #1 PP unit QB, but, as was said earlier, it doesn't really matter since Redden is usually on the top PP unit anyways as the other point man.

Assuming a reasonably healthy season, 40-50 points is a virtual lock for Redden. He's scored between 8-10 goals each of the past 6 years, and should fairly easily register at least 30-35 assists on a team with this much offensive ability, and given that he now plays around 25min/gp.
