Will they go Mitchell-Scuds as the 2nd pairing (lol good luck any team scoring ever against that) or give Martinez Mitchell as a partner.
Come playoffs, this defence will be sick. If the lineup is
who on earth do the other team identify as the weak pairing to match their top lines up against?
I know DD & JJ are working at the moment, but I'd still split them up 5-on-5 and only pair them on the 1st PP unit for now, who knows in future years with guys like Hickey, Voynov, Forbort, Teubert and Muzzin still waiting in the wings. Defense doesn't look like it will be an issue for many years to come anymore.

Anyways, mainly because pairing them 5-on-5 effects the other D pairs too much IMO, but when Mitchell comes back ...

Scuderi - Doughty
Johnson - Mitchell
Greene - Martinez
Drewiske, Harrold

... is a stronger and more balanced attack, especially if Murray can also roll 4 forward lines too.
