They still don't have the money that the Big US teams have, and when the new CBA may limit them keeping all that talent, as those players get older they are going to make big $$$$, and if there is any type of cap or luxury tax I don't see them being able to keep all those players.

Ottawa did it the right way if you're going to build a dynasty.

#1. Suck for a number of years. Load up on high draft picks.

Teams like the Panthers, and the Wild got too good too quickly, didn't get a chance to load up on young talent.
