LU Men's Ice Hockey vs. St. Louis Blues Alumni Charity Game -Jan. 9

The two-time defending ACHA Division I National Champion Lindenwood menís ice hockey team will hold its annual charity game against the St. Louis Blues Alumni on Jan. 9 at 1 p.m. at the Lindenwood Ice Arena in Wentzville, Mo. Game proceeds will benefit the DASA Jr. Blues Sled Hockey Program.

The former Blues players will have a friendly contest against a Lindenwood squad that is currently 17-1-0 on the season and riding a 16-game winning streak. The Lions are ranked No. 1 in the latest ACHA Division I national poll.

Tickets for the Alumni game are $5 and can be purchased at the Wentzville Ice Rink the day of the event. A limited number of VIP Tickets will be available for $25. VIP Tickets will include a private meet and greet with current St Louis Blues players and lunch. VIP tickets must be purchased by January 3. VIP tickets will not be available at the door.

Two special VIP Coaches tickets will be available for $150. VIP Coaches have the opportunity to be behind the bench with the Alumni Team.

One special Blues fan can lace up their skates and hit the ice with their favorite Blues heroes, for a $1500 contribution to the DASA Jr. Blues Sled Hockey Program.

The game will be a part of St. Louisí Sled Hockey Tournament, hosted by Disabled Athlete Sports Association (DASA). The DASA Jr. Blues Sled Hockey Program has developed several players that have moved on to make the USA National 20U team and the USA National Paralympic Team.
